Welcome, ghosts, vampires, witches, and cosmic horrors to the Halloween Horror Extravaganza. This is the first of many posts I will be making throughout the month of October. I am a fan of fantasy, the supernatural, and of course horror. With the month of spooks upon us, I will dedicate much of my time to consuming horror and other spooky media. Once that part’s done, I will write about my experiences for my fine readers on this blog.
I will read, watch, and play video games, all around the theme of scary monsters, dangerous psychopaths, ravenous aliens, and other things which bring out that certain feeling that we all know and some love. Some of these works I have already gone through and will write about my favorites. Others, I have never experienced before. You will get a first impression and story analysis on those. Of course, it won’t be totally objective. Fiction analysis never is. I’m looking at these pieces as a fan of horror who’s here for a good time.
Horror Video Games
There will be a horror video game review.
Scary Books
Last year, I reviewed the horror classic Dracula. This year, I’ll be doing a more recent addition to the genre.
Halloween Horror Movies
In the first Extravaganza, I reviewed Sleepy Hollow. I’ll be doing two movies this year, one of which is already out.

Partake in some of your favorite horror cinema, literature, and games this month. We all need a bit of wanted stress for a change, lol. I’ll be posting my reviews on the blog.
Yet another crazy year. Let’s sit back and enjoy a favorite past time. Let’s get scared in the comfort of our own home for once. Then, we can simply step away and everything’s fine. That’s why we love horror, isn’t it? The thrill of danger without actually being at risk. Well, this year you don’t have to do it alone. I’m going through this October with a reviewer’s mindset, and as a fan of all things spooky. Get into the Halloween spirit with these horror movie, book, and game reviews.
Give me your favorite horror movie in the comments below. You may show me my new favorite. And follow me on Facebook to stay updated about the Halloween Horror Extravaganza all month long.
